...  Sabaroso is Back!  Our summer arts camp, Sabaroso, is back for its 3rd year! Join us on Saturdays from July 10 - August 14 from 1-4 pm. We'll work with professional artists on a wide variety of projects for kids of all ages. Kids will have the opportunity to present their work to at the end of the six weeks. 

...  Sundays at the Museum.  This summer we want to spend a few Sunday afternoons at the Columbus Museum of Art.  Entry will be free and we'd love to have you join us. Look for upcoming dates and plan to enjoy fellowship with friends from our community while checking out all the new displays at CMA.

...  Elite Summer Camp  This summer we'll be joined again by our partners from Communities in Schools for the Elite Summer Camp. This camp is designed for 4th thru 6th grade young men. Call the FELC office (252-3191) for more information on how to enroll your son in this camp. This program is free of charge.

...  Directions for Youth & Families. We'd like to welcome DFYF into the First English Community! They will be running a variety of programs out of our space this year while their building is remodeled. This summer, they'll be offering a day camp that will run from 9-3 pm Monday thru Friday. ...  Operation Space  Join us and  Buckeye Christian Church, for a week of space adventure in "Operation Space: A Close Encounter With God's Word." Get daily mission briefings, make cosmic crafts, and enjoy out of this world music and games with your friends as you complete your BASIC training. Bring the whole family for this fun and faith filled adventure. Operation Space will be held from July 12th to the 16th from 6 to 8 pm.

...  Vacation Bible School First English is partnering with Trinity Lutheran Seminary again for Savannah Exploration in "Baobab Blast" Vacation Bible School. Learn about building strong and faith-filled relationships with God and others while playing games, singing songs, and meeting new friends like Faye the Zebra and Sam the Meerkat. Lunch will be included. Children from kindergarten to 6th grade are all invited to participate. June 14-18 from 9 am to 12:30.

...  Amazing Grace Day Camp We're going back to the Amazing Grace Day Camp! Transportation will be provided from FELC each morning to Slate Run Boy Scout Camp in Lithopolis. This will be our 2nd year with Amazing Grace and we hope we can continue to grow this great partnership. Our kids will be joined by St. John's Lutheran and St. Peter's Lutheran for a week of games, crafts, songs, and new friends all with a focus on caring for God's creation.
